Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and ship unless otherwise noted. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once shipped, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Shipping

We ship all our packages through USPS Priority Shipping.

Please allow 3-5 business days for USPS Priority Shipping to be processed and shipped. All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents is $500 or more.

We are NOT able to ship to PO BOXES. Please note that if an order is placed with a PO BOX as the shipping address, we will kindly ask you to provide an alternate shipping address.

RETURNS:

All items are final sale, including custom orders.

REPAIRS:

Repair services for damaged and worn jewelry are provided upon request.

Please email us to inquire about returns and where to ship. Do not ship without first contacting clioherbert.com.

When shipping an item, please package securely and be sure to print and include our "Repair” form (link below) with your jewelry.
